If you have attempted to reset your PIN within your profile settings but received a message stating "Sorry there is a problem locating your record. If you believe this is a problem, please contact support.", it means you have entered an email address, date of birth or country of residence different from when you originally registered your account. Feel free to enter an alternate email of yours and see if that works. If not, the issue could be due to a typo you made upon registration when entering your date of birth (DOB). In order for us to correct your DOB we first have to cross-reference it with your verification profile. If you are not ID & Address verified you must first proceed to this section of the site and upload you ID so we can confidently and accurately update your DOB within your profile. Once complete, feel free to open a support ticket.
