You may have received the aforementioned message for the following reasons:
- Financial institutions within your country of residence don't support Interac Online for EFT funding
- International IDs provided with minimal evidence of Canadian residence and banking
- Selected for additional screening by a member of our fraud prevention and compliance team to further validate identity.
