Funded with Interac Online. Where are my funds?

At the request of the Interac Online network, we have an algorithm in place that flags certain transactions for manual approval. If we do not hold to manually verify some transactions, we lose Interac Online processing altogether.  This mechanism cannot be removed but over time you will notice fewer manual holds. Transactions held for manual approval are usually credited to accounts from within 1 to 24hrs. Nothing can be done to speed up the manual approval, you just need to wait -- anyone badgering support risks having their funds returned and account closed indefinitely.
