Your bank wire funding may have failed for one of the following reasons:
1. We never received any payment from you — system automatically fails pending fundings without payment after 15 days.
2. Your receipt or screenshot proof of payment wasn't uploaded — system automatically fails pending fundings without proof of payment after 15 days.
3. We were unable to locate your bank wire — additional information may be required to locate a match from what the bank noted to what's within your QCX profile.
4. Our bank wire information changed and therefore need to fail your funding so that you can initiate again and send the funds using the new bank wire details.
