Using the name, date of birth, and address that you have provided, EQUIFAX may have been unable to locate your credit file. This can occur when the information within your QuadrigaCX profile doesn't match the information that EQUIFAX has on file. Others reasons can include refreshing or leaving the page, you don't have a credit file in Canada, or you have answered the questions incorrectly. If false information was provided, you had zero chance of passing. Unfortunately, we are unable to tell why Equifax either passed or failed your verification.
