I'm verified but can't fund with Interac Online or EFT. Why?

You have completed both ID and Equifax Verification but receive the message "Sorry, you are verified but do not have access to this funding option. Feel free to contact support for more detail."


You may have received the aforementioned message for the following reasons:

  • Financial institutions within your country of residence don't support Interac Online for EFT funding
  • International IDs provided with minimal evidence of Canadian residence and banking
  • Located in a jurisdiction that has a high propensity for fraud.


Solution: If you send us a CAD or USD bank wire from your Canadian bank account and it arrives in your name as it should, once received, we'll add the funds to your account and enable all other funding options with maximum limits. Sorry, there are no exceptions, please complete a CAD or USD Bank Wire to unlock access to this options.
