On rare occasions, the Interac Online network decides to fail transactions immediately after they have drawn funds. When this occurs, the funds are usually returned to the bank account within 1 hour at which point feel free to repeat the process for a successful funding.
Interac Online funding failed but funds drawn from my account. Why?
