Electronic funds transfer (EFT) withdrawal is the electronic transfer of money from one bank account to another via computer-based system that matches the name, account and transit numbers entered within your QuadrigaCX withdrawal request. When your withdrawal is in the queue we then authorize our payment processor to debit funds from our account and credit yours.  In order for your withdrawal to be successful, the following conditions must be met:

  1. Transit and account numbers entered must match exactly as the bank has on record
  2. Name on the account you are sending funds to matches the name within your QuadrigaCX profile
  3. If you are sending to a business bank account you must have first created and verified a business account within our platform
