As noted on the profile setting page "For your protection, withdrawals will be disabled on your account for 24 hours after any Email, Password, PGP, PIN or 2FA change is complete." This cannot be lifted. You must wait the 24hrs before withdrawals become enabled —anyone harassing support risks having their account closed indefinitely.
I changed my password and now can't withdraw for 24hrs. Help!
