You will notice on the funding page there are "Transaction Limits" and "Daily Limits", the Transaction Limit is the maximum amount you can fund for in a single transaction, the Daily Limit is the total maximum value you can fund for within 24hrs using that funding method — daily limit is based on a rolling 24hrs from the timestamp of your previous transaction(s). Therefore, if you receive this message it means you are over your Daily Limit for that 24hr period or you have a pending funding that's waiting to be paid — pending fundings cancel automatically after 15 minutes without payment.
Why Does it Say "Exceeds Max Daily" Limits?
