When your withdrawal is marked as "complete" it means it has been tasked to our processing partner for payment. Your withdrawal will arrive within the time frame noted on the withdrawal page. Please be mindful that banks to not process on weekends or holidays therefore neither of these are considered "business days" for processing. If it's beyond the quoted time frame and you still have not received your withdrawal, then feel free to open a ticket noting your client ID and email address you requested the funds be sent to.
