If you have forgotten to include your QuadrigaCX Client ID in the Interac e-Transfer message/memo/notes field, our team will attempt to match your transfer to your account. If the funds have not been credited to your account within 5 business days, please contact us by submitting a separate ticket, using the “Funding” category and “e-Transfer Forgot Client ID” subcategory to direct your request to the appropriate department.
