1) If you do not receive an Email Confirmation Code in your inbox there may be an issue with your provider's mail server, please check with them to ensure there's no downtime. One way to test is to send an email to yourself.
2) If you have tried option 1 and there's no issue with your provider's mail server, then check their junk/spam folder, add email@example.com to the safe sender's list (whitelist) and try again. If you have reported our emails as spam in the past, you will get no emails from us at all — solution, change your email within your QuadrigaCX profile settings.
3) If option 1 and 2 don't work then you may have made a typo in your email address upon registration. Please open a support ticket within the "Withdrawal" category, select the "Email Confirmation Code" sub-category, populate all fields and submit.
